Interview with the ever so dynamic lady Dr. Vahini Reddy
Dr. Vahini Reddy is a pioneer in developing an ecosystem in India and currently publishing her debut book that would hit the stores in two months. She has inspired women to take a stand for themselves and develop themselves like none other.
- Who is the most important person in your life who has helped you to evolve as a person who you are today?
The most important person is myself and my son. The one who helped me evolve and become what I’m today is a book by Anthony Robbins “Awaken the Giant Within”. It worked like sacred book Geeta. Apart from that my circumstances thrown the challenges and still throwing. My attitude of not giving up and keep cracking the codes to get off the web of tough situations.
I don’t have an outsiders to help, possibly because I don’t tell people what I’m going through, when I’m actually going through. (this question has made me realize that)
2. How do you define your journey from the failures to succession.
I would define this journey as mixture of many lives together that I’m living as various path breaking experiences. From failures to success was always evolutionary as they helped me discover my innate abilities, helped me reinvent myself with greater capacity to understand things/ situations and design my path for things that are worth fighting for. More than the successes, the journeys have taught me most important thing, “Being Balanced”. I enjoyed the fruits and the the process as well.
3. What projects are you currently working on, and which project can we see soon?
Evolve Excellence™ works on market surveys, feasibility surveys, to evaluate and rebuild subsided entities change management, human resource audit and evaluation of human capital and assets, provide brand promotion solutions and usual training projects. we are now working on productivity bench marking or organizations performances and to deliver “GET BALANCED to STAY BALANCED™ “ patented programme to one million professionals.
Under our VR Oneness Foundation endowment, we are working on a Global initiative for Women called “Awaken the Lioness in You” to build courage and communications to strengthen women rights, dignity and to provide a counselling place and helpline. Poster launch of the campaign is planned for next month along with our book launch.
4.As an upcoming author, you will surely make a remarkable presence in the literary world. But according to you, which is the book that is very close to your heart and why?
The book that is very close to my heart is “Awaken the Giant Within” as it helped in my journey. Worked as self-help book in various situations.
5. Being an entrepreneur in this cut throat competition ? How do you view yourself as an successful competitor for others?
So based on my ideology and my vision, I’ve created a slogan in Evolve Excellence™ which says: “Do not compete, do not judge. Only be a complement part to other. To become best complimentary partner to your colleague, compete and judge yourself on daily basis.”
This slogan sets us free from red ocean market. Allows us to focus on building your own unique area to cater and also we have experienced that we became bench mark as per our customers reports.
6.Tell us about your dream project?
In Evolve Excellence™ , my dream project is to build an university that educates people on power of psychology(mind, body, soul), capacity building, enabling one vocational skills, self awareness along with their regular subjects.
In VR Oneness Foundation, is to bring all the religious representatives to “Global Oneness Blessing” our most critical platform and make them say that we all are one to shift the current divide and rule process to Oneness Consciousness.

8.What is your opinion on the present educational system, and how can we help to upgrade our system for the benefit of the future generation.
(Sorry for my expression on this question. But…) The current education system is “SCREWED”. Mostly, we have incompetent, egotistic losers trying educate (they think they are educating but they are literally smashing the capacities and potentials) these young potentials which aren’t developing capacities but indeed damaging their inner abilities. This system tries to fit in varieties of human abilities in couple of jars, which is insane.
So, thinking of “Upgrading” is like fueling the same foundation. We don’t need Upgrade we need to Uproot and create new environment. Unfortunately the bodies that are heading the educational system would feel insecure of their existence and feel threatened of someone or anyone work on such initiatives. Not just debatable topic but also needs a movement like Gandhi ji’s “The Salt March”.
9. Last but not the least, where do you visualize yourself in the next two decades and what contribution do you want to the betterment of the society as a responsible citizen?
I see myself in public domain in coming times (I live in timeless zone so can’t restrict with framed time). Yes, certainly in public domain working on humanity development and community building works. And I want to contribute in areas like education, social safety and security and economic growth by developing Entrepreneurs.
